Do not rent here! The water spits out rust, most of the windows are plexiglass or single pane, the entire complex smells like weed and they do nothing about it. The lease explains that it is a smoke free building. The stove/ oven is always hot no matter what you do. There’s gaps in the windows, letting bugs in and heat or air out. A few months ago a tree in the center of their property fell and destroyed two cars and the management left the owners to fend for themselves.
