Dr. Timko, Debbie and Isabell are all amazing. I was very nervous about the procedure in general, but Dr. Timko’s explanation of it and professionalism was great. I had the procedure done somewhere else 20 years back and it was one of the worst things ever. This actually was not that bad. Isabell his hygienist is so comforting and easy to talk to. Debbie the receptionist is also great to deal with. All around an A+ team. Highly recommend.
Incompetent staff who knows about the doctor
My visit with Dr. Timko to discuss my periodontal needs was a positive one. Susan and Isabel were welcoming and Dr. Timko's explanation of the procedure I needed helped me understand why it needed to occur and how it would occur. The surgery and follow-up visits were not stressful and I attribute that to their positive demeanor - very professional and caring.
