Dr. Lewis, you where great but please train or get rid of Sheryl. After giving her a print out of my insurance coverage she told me you guys accepted my insurance. After paying a co-payment (I have no idea what she based my co-payment on) I came back a month later for a dental cleaning and x-rays. A few months later I received a bill stating that your practice does not accept my insurance. Why couldn't this have been figured out when I gave Sheryl a copy of my insurance coverage or before I returned the 2nd time? I feel like... read more
