Most people return to work the same day. No special preparation is required. We have cured the majority of fissures using topical NTG or Diltiazam ointments. I was scheduled for an appointment, and the doctor and his staff didn't even open the office until after my scheduled time. The doctor made fun of my tumor by calling it names. Upon my return, I was told I was having an entirely different procedure than what I was told at my first visit. Nurse got her notes wrong. The. I was told to pay $140 for the surgery I didn't even have. I refused. After calling the boss and my insurance. My bill was only $100 and insurance paid $80 of it. $140?? No... $20
