Find a better doctor that actually to listens his/her patients and does not invalidate their feelings. If I was looking for a spiritual teacher I would have found one but I was looking for a psychiatrist not a mindfulness teacher. What kind of psychiatrist tells you that everything's all in your head and you can just meditate all your problems away?
