I had a procedure six weeks ago and kept wondering why my insurance company hadn't paid the claim since the office staff told me they had sent it in and that it takes 30 days to process. Today, I called my insurance company, and they told me they have not received any claims! So I called the office. Predictably, no one answered the phone, so I left a detailed voice mail telling them where to send the claim and asked them to call me back and let me know they sent it. Dr. Yildirim is an excellent oral surgeon with a precise bedside manner. I would highly recommend him for treatment.
So this was my first root canal and I was so nervous! Dr. Malyala was fantastic! He explained everything he would be doing prior....and as he was doing the procedure. I have never had a Novocaine shot that didn't hurt....he must use magic!!! I did not feel a thing! Even the day after, no pain and no swelling! I highly recommend Malyala!!!!
