We have come to this medical group since it was began, 30+ years ago. Dr. Mathieu had been professional, courteous, and helpful. We visit almost every year. When a relative who had no insurance needed help, they worked with her to make a visit possible and treated her with respect. We purchase eye glasses at Walmart since they sell them significantly lower in price even with the insurance allowance provided us, but I believe that is the same as other eye doctors. I would highly recommend Dr. Mathieu.
The frame on my sunglasses snapped. The lenses were too large for the frames. That happens, I can understand that. However, it has now been 3 weeks since I took them in to be repaired. They are covered under warranty. 3 weeks and I still do not have my sunglasses and they are prescription. I have had NO CALLS with any feedback regarding my glasses. Upon my visit, I had to wait [I was the only one in the waiting room] for 15 minutes AFTER my appointment time. THEN... was TOLD to hang my coat in the waiting room. I couldn't find where to hang the coats, [discovered that there were hooks under a window] and then took my coat to the exam room anyway. In the exam room, I was ignored as I made small talk. The doctor DID his job, BUT.... from there I was left to the woman who filled my order for my glasses. I picked my selection, paid a HUGE FEE and left the building. Upon FI... read more
