In 2019, I was treated and hospitalized at Overlake Hospital for a coronary medical emergency. All medical staff from nurses to Dr. Doucette cardiologist, of record were beyond stupendous. However, Dr. John Alan Heywood cardiologist, making physician rounds day after my procedure I can't say the same for. I found him to be short with information, preoccupied and overall pompous. My brief time with him was enough to make me grateful he was not my doctor.
