Don't do it! – Mr. Guillaudeu's services were not worth the money paid or the headache of having to fix everything that he and his book keeper did. After 2 years of having another accountant and book keeper we are still finding problems with our accounting. The bottom line is 1) you will pay too much for his services 2) your books will be off by thousands of dollars 3) your tax forms will be filed late 4) you will not get the service you paid for.
