Dr. Stern and his wife Fran run a wonderful practice. They treat their employees and patients like family. I’ve been going here for many years and recommend 100%.
As soon as you call the office to make your appointment you are greeted by Fran, Dr. Sterns wife, with friendly compassionate customer service. That compassion and professionalism is carried through when you walk into Dr. Stern’s office. Whatever procedure I or my husband ever had was explained thoroughly and carried out with precise care. Dr. Stern is incredibly personable and passionate about the patient relationship formed from day one. From picking up the phone and talking to me days ago to explaining everything and being transparent when I came into the office, I felt incredibly comfortable {when normally nervous about dental appts} and so happy I reached out to set up an appointment. Your staff is so wonderful and I’m incredibly thankful our paths crossed! Onto an even bigger and better smile :)

I have been a patient in Alan Stern's practice for over 20 years. I met Alan when he was starting out. He took the time to sit down with me and listen to my concerns.I find everyone in the office to be a family atmosphere. His practice has grown over the years due to his willingness to attend clinics and take his team with him. My relationship with Fran, Jessie and Ryan is great.
