He took his time and ran all the proper tests . He listened to me and my concerns
Dr. Shepard has been my neurologist for over ten years and I would highly recommend him. Very compassionate, and always call you back, which is hard to find in any doctor these days.
Dr Shepard literally saved me from a life of facial tics - he is thoughtful and I honestly felt he was trying to figure out what was happening to me and how to help. He did after many visits and changed my life. He is inquisitive and honestly a genius.
Did not seem in the least interested. No feedback or instructions. Waste of my time.
I waited 4 months for this appointment and was having worsening neurological symptoms. When I finally arrived all my symptoms were dismissed as benign and I wasn't given any treatment plan, pharmaceuticals or explanation for my symptoms. Because I told Dr. Shepard my symptoms come and go and at this particular moment they were not as bad, he took that as I was cured and all better..? Such a warm visit! I have been to many doctors, therapists and surgeons after my injury. Dr Shepard reassured me and provided me great relief with his knowledge and patience. It is a huge part of healing to have your concerns addressed. Dr Shepard ticked all the boxes. Thank you
Doesn’t listen, doesn’t do thorough evaluation, rushes you. Doesn’t seem to care. Not interested in helping it seems
Fails to listen, fails to communicate, fails to explain, fails to analyze. Horrible experience, avoid. Shepard's finest quality: Shepherding you out of his office very quickly
This visit to Dr. Shepard it probably took no more than 5 minutes, he was very disrespectful to me , ignoring all my explanation and questions about my situation . he was so arrogant as I was speaking to him he was watching my file I guess on the computer and for what I saw he just follow what there was on my file instead of applying his suppose knowledge on neurology and his care and concern to me .
