I found Dr. Zelners office by asking my primary care physician. He was very knowledgeable and spent time answering all my questions. I felt at ease after he explained the tests I required and later on my follow-up visit when her explained the results. I'm thankful for his help in diagnosing me and I am doing much better. He staff was very kind to me and have been very accommodating. Thank you Dr. Zelner.

I cannot explain enough the incompetence I observed at this office. Dr. Zelner explained procedures hastily and did not answer any questions with any degree of specificity; rather, his expertise extended to the generalities of a google search. He did not order any tests until my husband asked for them. After each test he never explained the results. The only thing we would say is "you're fine."I wasn't fine then, and I'm not fine now. Stay clear of this doctor.

Dr Zelner takes time in visits, explains everything well, and has provided me with most excellent care for over ten years now. Plus kept my ulcerative colitis under the best control in my lifetime. I highly recommend Dr Zelner.

This was the WORST experience I have ever had with a doctor's office. They incorrectly coded the pathology report to the insurance company and I was being billed for going out of network and for an elective procedure. The person doing the billing is only in two days a week and has no voice mail or email. So she was impossible to contact. In the meantime I was being contacted by a collection agency. It took several months to resolve. No thinks to his office. Will never go back!

I was referred to Dr Zelner due to a problem swallowing. He recommended I have endoscopy and colonoscopy which I was nervous to have. He was very patient and thorough with his explanations, putting me at ease. Today I had my follow up appointment which again he took plenty of time to explain the results and to answer my questions. I highly recommend Dr Zelner!

I do not have an issue with Dr. Zelner, however, when his Physician assistant doesn't believe you have had colon cancer this is a major issue for me. Additionally, without naming names (but would be happy to if needed), he has some very rude and inept personnel.
