Best massage worth planning travel around
Alan's practice gives "deep tissue" massage its full meaning. I have recurring lower and upper back problems and sore leg muscles. In many years of experiencing massage therapy, I can confidently say that this is the best deep tissue I have received. And it's not only because of Alan’s strength (although it helps): his hand & elbow motions are skillful and creative, and he pushes the limit of efficiency vs. pain in a constant, progressive "dance" with one's reactions. Truly amazing!
Between a few shockwave treatments and Alan's healing hands, I got my shoulder back! Over 5 years of limiting pain & what I thought was irreversible damage that I just needed to live with, gone in only a couple of sessions with Alan's intentional care. I cannot recommend his work highly enough!

I have a concussion (post-concussion syndrome) that is nearly a year old. I am trying to find care/recovery strategies. My chiropractic neurologist is on vacation, so I decided to treat myself to a CMT appt with Alan. He asked me to come early which I did, which is hard for me to handle changes on the fly.
