This guy is the goods. I have TMJ massive jaw clenching and he's in one session relaxed my whole nervous system. I'm going back weekly and learning so much about how to use my whole body better for less anxiety and better jaw function.
Best massage worth planning travel around
Alan's practice gives "deep tissue" massage its full meaning. I have recurring lower and upper back problems and sore leg muscles. In many years of experiencing massage therapy, I can confidently say that this is the best deep tissue I have received. And it's not only because of Alan’s strength (although it helps): his hand & elbow motions are skillful and creative, and he pushes the limit of efficiency vs. pain in a constant, progressive "dance" with one's reactions. Truly amazing!
Between a few shockwave treatments and Alan's healing hands, I got my shoulder back! Over 5 years of limiting pain & what I thought was irreversible damage that I just needed to live with, gone in only a couple of sessions with Alan's intentional care. I cannot recommend his work highly enough!
