I picked this doctor based on reviews. The front desk personnel and the assistant was good, but the doctor was not so great. The assistant took me to the room where the doctor was on the phone and he was having a conversation about a patient. I waited patiently but I was thinking about HIPAA. Finally he got off the phone and addressed me. I told him my concerns and I mispronounced a medical word and he immediately corrected me with arrogance. The staff were professional and polite. The wait was not long at all. I was in and with thorough examination.
I have been seeing Dr. Showalter for many years. My visits with her have been great. She is very professional. I would highly recommend her.
