Was this provider late to your appointments? No, they were on time Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Did they follow up with you after your appointment? I had a follow-up appointment, but I scheduled it.

Would you recommend this chiropractor to others? Yes Does this provider always put the customer first? Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Extremely easy, and close to the entrance

I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question.

Dr. Hartley is highly respected by his staff. It is a small practice and everyone is committed to caring for the patient. Dr. Hartley listens, is conservative, and the gentlest chiropractor I have ever been too. The office looks more like a spa than a doctor's office. You feel more relaxed immediately. The office is located in one of the newest business complexes in Lake Wylie, next to the Chamber of Commerce.

Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional Did this chiropractor pressure you to return for unnecessary follow-ups? Not at all! They always respect my decisions. Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Not that I have seen Did this provider show attention to detail? Absolutely! They are always very careful and meticulous Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Absolutely! I never have a problem!

Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. The treatment method was explained in-depth to me before they started the treatment. I was totally prepared for everything that was going to be done during the adjustments, and I was completely comfortable. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? Absolutely not! I was seen right away! How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? There is no comparison! Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

Does this provider give unbiased advice? Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice! Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately After your appointment with this chiropractor, were you still skeptical that the treatment would be effective? Not at all! I was very confident when I left!
