I was very pleased with my first visit with Dr. Chang! He was warm, friendly, so knowledgeable, patient and extremely thorough! He explained everything and allowed me to ask all questions! He told me how to contact him in an expedient manner and not to hesitate to. I feel so comfortable now that I am now under his care for my diabetes. I will, and already did, recommend him to others! Very grateful!! ☺️
