Dr. Weinberg is professional, compassionate, courteous, and knowledgeable.He follows a respectful protocol with patients and investigates different ways to resolve issues. Diagnosed with Interstitial Cystitis after a hysterectomy left me with excruciating vulvadynia as well. He ordered special catheters for the treatments. I agree with the woman who said to avoid him if you are a woman. He is rough and most of the patients seem to be men.
Dr. Weinberg operated on me in September 2018, It was for a retention problem because of my prostrate. I spent 3 days in the hospital. He is a fantastic surgeon. My life has completely changed. He is a no nonsense doctor who provides the patient with prompt office visits. None of this waiting for 30-45 minutes. He is on time and doesn't waste time making the next patient wait.
As a physician, it is very important to me to go to a doctor that I can trust. Dr. Weinberg is someone whom I have absolute faith in. He is an extremely competent physician. Over a period of time, I got to know him better and underneath his no nonsense tough exterior, which I happen to like, lies a very warm and caring person. Five stars by this fellow physician.
I went to see Dr. Weinberg for concerns about changes in my urination--weak, intermittent urine flow. I was first given a test that required a catheter and then underwent an MRI. At my next appointment to find out my results, I was told that he was also going to do a test involving a catheter. The doctor was so rough, the catheter was bloody. He then, with both hands, spread my labia apart so roughly, I was sore for 3 days. I would not recommend going to him if you are a woman.
