Dr. Johnson is like a lot of doctors, unfriendly. At first he converses some with a patient but later he seems comfortable not acknowledging the patient. When he first arrives to the patient, he doesn't say even "good morning" or talk about what the treatment for that day will be. Another thing, when he's done doing whatever he's working on, he simply walks away towards the front of the office and doesn't say whether he's done or not so that leaves the patient wondering. I experienced the least pain of any dentist I've ever gone to with Dr. Johnson. His staff is pleasant and doesn't scold (very often). Their billing has been the most accurate of any of my dentists, also.

Very pleasant personality and well educated in current dental procedures. Uses the latest technology. Everyone that I know that goes to him are amazed at the quality of work he does. He is a very honest man. My Delta Dental pays 70% - 80% of the bill, sometimes 100%. Has great people working for him. Many of my family and relatives see him for their entire dental needs. I have gone to him for the last twenty years.
