OMG! One phone call and I very thing changed! During our first conversation it was obvious that Alan was sincere and genuine. He said to me “ I’m not going to do that to you”. Meaning he was not going to give me the run around I had been given previously! I closed March 5th! If you are looking into buying a home please give Alan a call!
