After many phone calls (They never answer their phone. You have to leave a voice mail), someone called me on a Tuesday night and told me someone would be out to check the leak in my roof on Wednesday between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM. I was told that Alan Bradley might come out to check the leak. Wednesday came and went and not only did no one show up, but never received a phone call saying they were not coming.
