Dr. Banks is a fine doctor but not worth the stress & lack of compassion from his nurse & staff. Absolutely do not recommend at all.
I had a very bad experience with Dr. Banks’s staff, specifically with a certain lady named “Dee.” She was very rude and impatient with me, as a client. I must admit I had lost my temper too. She claims that I had cancelled and rescheduled for appointments too many times and that I would need my parents’ permission to reschedule or cancel again.
