The very best Doctor with the worst, poor and bad quality service Office Staff. The best solution suggested by the staff is to change doctor and slam the window. Its a shame but i have to change him. The worst support for an excellent doctor. I will wait until change in his stuff. Completely inoperant team.
From the minute that I called for an appointment, the staff was amazing. I was seen the next morning and my procedure was scheduled in an incredibly timely manner. The entire office staff , could not have been more efficient or kinder. As a nurse, who has had my share of working with doctors for the last 43 years, Dr. Alan Bank is a rare breed. He listened, answered all questions and was extremely personable. I would recommend him as a number one and only choice.
Dr. Bank's is a wonderful doctor unlike his office staff. Not only can you never get a hold of anyone but they're rude as well. I've been calling all day and the answering machine keeps telling me that the office is closed even though the hours of operation is Monday-Friday 9-4
