On New Years Eve 2019 at 10pm with a group of friends at our home ready to welcome 2020, we noticed it had became very chilly. The room temp was at 62 and dropping rapidly. The furnace was failing to kick on or respond to the thermostat in any way. We called several local companies that said 24hr service and was unable to even get a human to answer.
