When I first apprived, I made them aware I needed to go to the bathroom, after a 1 and 1/2 hour drive. The receptionist origally refused and required me to fill out five pages or more of paper work, before allowing me to go to the bathroom. I had make it very clear that I really needed to go and she would not give me the bathroom key. Once I talked to Dr. Modarressi, he asked how I was doing. Absolutely horrible, I was enlisting in the military and they sent me here to get a psych evaluation for a middle school expulsion when I was a kid and whatever he is putting down for my paperwork is causing me to get disqualified. I have no underline mental illness or any history of mental illness, I am also a licensed EMT getting into a career of EMS.
