First my husband tried to pick up a check that they had called and said was there. He drove there, two hours, and they "didn't have it" but it was there so they had to mail it. Then they hired a notary and charged us and the notary forgot to send the docs in. Asked for a refund, we only got half. Should have got a full refund for a notary that didn't even send the closing docs for three days! Sold my house and closed 5/8. There is a big difference in being professional and being downright rude. Perhaps Ashley was having a bad day, but she was both rude and had a condescending tone. No need for that.
I am a Realtor® and brokerage owner in Houston and this was my first and only time to do business with this team/location. It was an entirely unpleasant experience for myself, my client, the lender, and transaction coordinator. The contract was a 3-week closing, however the team did not begin ordering the required information such as the survey until 7 days after receiving the executed contract and monies.
