Sold my house and closed 5/8. There is a big difference in being professional and being downright rude. Perhaps Ashley was having a bad day, but she was both rude and had a condescending tone. No need for that.

It was an entirely unpleasant experience for myself, my client, the lender, and transaction coordinator. The contract was a 3-week closing, however the team did not begin ordering the required information such as the survey until 7 days after receiving the executed contract and monies. Alamo Title is very reliable, efficient and helpful!
We had a closing in February and still have not received the broker check or closing documents. They said they mailed the check twice to different addresses and both times we have not received it. Can’t get a call Back or email returned. Very frustrated in this title company.
