100% disabled Army Vet. Current immunosuppressed by chemotherapy. I asked to be allowed to fill out the forms (closing) in the parking lot, rather than in the Title office due to not having much of an immune system, and wanting to avoid occupied spaces. I was told no, and charged $200 extra for a mobile Notary. I do not recommend using Alamo Title for anything. Horrible experience overall, even without considering the obvious violation of disability law. Yes, I have the receipts.
Friday, started closing at 9'30 am. Had mover scheduled, utilities to be turned off, ready to vacate the home. Never received any calls from Alamo the remainder of the day. They closed for the weekend. I did not receive my wire transfer not eas given any update at all. Forced me to cancel movers and utilities
