The overall experience has been great! The initial visit with Dustin Green and the ongoing service with Trenidad Gutierrez. I would recommend Alamo.

So helpful and accommodating! They are consistent with service and are always communicative. Most of the time when I see “answers 24/7” I don’t believe it, but that has been the case with Alamo. Jessica Ramirez is always available to answer questions and is very helpful. Aside from great customer service, I didn’t see any issues with pests after they came out.

I called this pest control service for an issue with tiny insects appearing inside my bookshelves and study area. The technician carefully inspected paper storage, wooden shelves, and nearby wall corners. He explained that humidity and poor airflow were likely contributing factors. Says they’re in Dallas and when I called for service in mesquite they said they don’t service the city. Then they tell me they’re in Carrollton.
