Great customer service and we did get the vehicle that we were promised even though our arrival was 4 hrs late because of the flight. Professional and courteous staff. Will rent again without any hesitation.
The staff at the Alamo location in GSP International Airport was helpful and the manager Danielle was very attentive to our needs and made the whole process seamless. When we returned, Danielle met us at the vehicle with a smile and a cheerful “Welcome back”, and asked us how we liked the Toyota RAV4 we had rented. Because of the service we received from Danielle and her staff, we will definitely rent from Alamo again.
