We had a crazy morning after our Amtrak was cancelled and they tried to put us on a bus instead. The competitors were no help and Alamo was so easy. I showed up to the garage and Mickey went above and beyond to help make the day easier. We got a great car in great shape and had plenty of viable options to choose from. It might not be the fanciest place but the service was 5 star 5 diamond caliber
Agents at Alamo's 203 N LaSalle Chicago location were extremely courteous and helpful - including waiting at desk until 5pm close on a Sunday to make sure I got my rental, which I need for an emergency veterinary appointment. Hours and location are ideal for city rentals in Chicago. Car cabin was immaculate on pickup too. Highly recommend Alamo and location.
Needed rental car for 2 days, didn't have enough on my credit card to cover bill. Rental agent worked it out so I was able to rent the car and say inside the credit limits on my card. He was truly a lifesaver. Needed to pick up my son from airport the following evening. With my car in the shop Alamo just made my life that much easier.
So grateful for the staff at this Alamo location who helped us when our travel journey took a turn - amazing customer service from start to finish! Thank you to J and Thomas (and the other staff we met) for all their help and kindness. I used to rent cars from a competitor, but I will be going to Alamo from now on when renting in the city.
Tom and co were great from start to finish! Got the car we wanted with a speedy check in and check out. Couldn't ask for more, highly recommend!
