Hi Alamo Support Team, I hope you’re doing well. I’m writing regarding my recent rental from the Alamo Chicago Downtown location. On March 21, I booked an SUV, but upon arrival I was provided with a Mitsubishi Mirage, which is a basic subcompact hatchback.
