For those who are trying to find the Dropbox if you are dropping the car at off hours, I have attached a photo of where it is. It is right by the big dustbin. Shitty place for a drop box but what can you expect from a shitty rental service with a shitty customer service. Don’t bother calling customer service for any help regarding drop off instructions, they will just charge you for another day because you didn’t drop the keys for which they did not provide instructions and ask you to drop the car in working hours.
Girl at the desk was friendly, but had few cars available. I paid for a Nissan Rogue ( or something similar) what I got was a Hyundai Venue. There was not enough room in the rear for the 2 checked bags we had plus 3 carry on bags. My friend had to be cramped in the back seat with her large suitcase. Due to a time crunch I didn't have time to go back to see if they could get me something else.
My husband and I recently had the opportunity to rent a vehicle from Alamo at Niagara Falls airport. We could not have had a better experience from beginning to end. No hassle at all. I would definitely rent from Alamo again.
