The Niagara Falls airport Alamo rent-a-car office and staff is the best!! Hands down! Great experience back on August 15-18, 2025
THIS LOCATION IS NOT STAFFED EXCEPT WHEN A FLIGHT COMES IN!! Even when it says on the website that they are open. Alamo took our money and confirmed our reservation, then when we arrived there was no one at the desk. We waited 1 hour and no one arrived. No one at multiple nationwide Alamo support lines was able to help us or send anyone to the location. Do not use these guys for a car rental unless you are arriving to this airport on an incoming flight. Horrible service
Auto wypożyczone w Newark airport. Auto czyste i zadbane. Pracownicy w Newark, którzy rozdzielają auta bardzo pomocni. Uparłem sìę na Toytote i przywieźli Toyotę. UWAGA na lotnisku Niagara brak personelu cisza jak w Radomiu. Wypożyczalnia z personelem znajduję sie przy Niagara blv 9000.
Had my car delivered to the wrong airport. No substitute available. Cost me $86 to take a taxi to the right airport. Alamo...no more!
Total scam. Pointed out damage to car on pick but they said it didn’t matter don’t worry. Then send us bill for existing damages after drop off. fortunately we took photo evidence and have challenged it. We have sent so many messages but no response from Alamo. The car was also very smelly from smokers use. Not great for my kids.
