Be careful getting a car from this location if u late for dropping they will charge more then triple plus they will scam you I was having emergencyfor keep the car with me , here is the manger I tried to contact her and she never call me and her assistant told me she can't talk to you Tumino, Morgan bad people and bad service i don't recommend any one to get car from this location special the people coming for vacation BE CAREFUL again

We were very pleased with the service that we received from Jacob behind the counter and then after from Mark at the vehicle. The process was painless, straightforward, and they were very courteous. Would highly recommend renting from Alamo/ National.

The customer service was great, the vehicle was ready when I arrived, was extremely clean, had a full gas tank, and ran really well. I definitely will use them again in the future.

We rented a car from here and had a flat immediately. They were closed and offered almost no assistance. Told me to replace it and they would reimburse. On top of that the key battery and fluids were low and I replaced those as well. They never reimbursed me for $200 worth of repairs and maintenance I did for them on a luxury car rental. Worst Alamo experience I’ve had.

The line was Ridiculous! Over an hour wait, the car smelled like someone was smoking and it wasn't clean.
