The Alamo rental car service at Birmingham Alabama airport was a great experience. The rental car office is in the parking structure right when you walk out of the baggage claim which makes it so easy and convenient when you’re returning your car. The customer service was amazing. We Got in five hours late because of mechanical on the airplane. We were tired, but they got us into our car in minutes. They were amazing. Thank you again.

Fast and smooth process to rent, friendly staff, counter and car pick up/drop off conveniently located in airport parking garage, clean and new car. Great value. Booked through Sam’s travel.
Booked a car for 30 days. Upon booking i let the attendant know that i needed a big vehicle, so i can pick up my pet. They stated pets were fine and accommodated me with the vehicle i had requested. We had to leave a week earlier than expected, so unfortunately i had to return the car in a week earlier. I booked at a monthly rate instead of weekly or daily.
