Shuttle from the airport doors to the doors of the rental place was very convenient. The rental process was quick and I love that 'I' get to pick my vehicle. ..closing the contract was quick and easy too! Thanks!

I am so loyal to Alamo, that I should probably be ranking it a 5 star.But there's always room for improvement. For instance, it would be nice if the fee to bypass the toll booths in Chicago could be reduced to $3 per day. There is actually a savings by not going through a toll booth, but unless you're continuously on a Chicago toll road most of the day, you won't make back the $7.99 fee. So, Alamo, how about it? How about making this extra so worth while that we can't resist it?

I suspected renting a car at such a large airport would be a challenge, but the transport between the airport and the car rental facility was quite smooth, though it did take some time to travel there. The overall experience was fine. A few more signs on how to find the car rental return area from surface roads other than the interstates would have been helpful.
