They could return phone calls from both patients and pharmacies. I'm about to run out of two prescriptions because they have not responded to one pharmacy in over a week, and responded to another after a couple of days but with a medication missing from the prescription. They also haven't responded to the message I left two days ago to attempt to find out what's causing the delay.
RecommendedWe love Dr Sanchez and his entire team!! Everyone on his team is very knowledgeable and if they don't have the answer to you question they find someone who does. We always feel welcomed when arriving and like we're talking to a friend/family member when we see Dr Sanchez, Jacob, and/or Felix.
Everyone in this office is great!! We were introduce to Dr. Sanchez team 2 years ago when we we mid battle with a rare issue. Together we have successfully mitigated the issue. Without this office we couldn’t not have done that! Respectful, knowledgeable, thorough, and the only dr office our family will go too!
Dr. Sanchez’s is amazing! Very honest and dedicated to his work and finding true health for his patients! Follow his plan and it works. Staff is super sweet too! Thank you all!!

very friendly staff that know and remember your name and great providers that take time to explain to you results etc. They don't rush from patient to patient , they make sure you understand and are comfortable
