Customer service is horrible!!!! It seems as though the front desk has no communication to relay important information and no consideration-care into their job nor the patients! The sheer incompetence is ridiculous.
Came here once after moving to the area. Never again. Beautiful office, but very unfriendly reception. Charged for a follow up visit using medical insurance instead of optical. total lack of communication.
