Front office is incompetent and very poorly trained. Front office manager, Wes, doesn't respond to emails or phone calls. Have to beg multiple times to get an itemized statement. They attempted to overcharge me for services I did not receive. Dr. Biu is very kind and competent but her office staff needs to go. I've been going here for three years hoping it would improve but it never has. Probably the only place of business I know of where you cannot leave with an itemized statement. The staff here is very friendly, knowledgable, and willing to help. Appointments have always been kept on time. Dr Bui does a thorough eye exam and my prescription is always spot on.
Customer service is horrible!!!! It seems as though the front desk has no communication to relay important information and no consideration-care into their job nor the patients! The sheer incompetence is ridiculous.
