everyone there was very nice and very helpful. you can also get your eye perscription taken care of in the same place. waiting roon is very nice plenty of room.
Dr. Bui is courteous and Caring. She and the Staff explain each and Every test Necessary and give you the results in a timely manner. I see her for "dry eye" and am Very pleased with her treatment.
The entire personnel are just marvelous❤️, including the eye doctors. They explain each step of your exam or treatment. I recommend very highly the services they provide,as they have advanced technology.
We had a HORRIBLE experience with this office. I scheduled the appointment for my husband. He was there about four years ago, so for billing purposes he would be new but they should have his medical records because the law states they should hold his chart for 7 years. I was very explicit when I scheduled about what the visit was for. Not once did they tell me that glaucoma testing couldn’t be done at the first visit. This was my first visit and I am thoroughly pleased with the experience. Dr. Bui and the staff are kind, explain things well and very professional in all aspects.
Scheduled an appointment and I was called the same day of that my appointment that it needed to be cancelled. I rescheduled again for the following week and received another call the same day of my appointment that my appointment was scheduled wrong and needed to be cancelled again! I cancelled my appointment and will be taking my business elsewhere. I manage a medical practice and there would be some definite changes if my front office staff were this careless with patients and thier appointments.
