When asked to clean the property, I had to have them go back 3 times and it still wasn't done completely even after giving them extra time to do it RIGHT. They cleaned their paint brushes and or equipment in the yard and made a mess. They let the tenants steal refrigerator parts, they weren't doing frequent walk throughs to make sure the house was being taken care of.
