Outstanding work! Great company – Great Job! Cool Air worked with me to qualify for a new unit to replace my aging one. They also helped me a lot with financing the unit and had it cooling my house 5 hours later. Mike and his installers were very courteous and did an outstanding job for us. I'm very please with the unit and Cool Air made it happen.
On time, great customer service, helpful – The technician called before he came out and was on time. They got my house cooling the same day. I didn't have to wait for them to get a part or pay additional gas fees. Other places prices were $50 or more than Alamo to even diagnose my a/c! The receptionist even saved me $20 by sending me to their web site to print a coupon. I've never heard of any company offering coupons on air conditioning.
