I was a patient of Dr. Lopez for a while until today which was my 3mo follow up. The staff who was not even at the front desk as I arrived, told me I wasn't 15 min early so Dr. Lopez would not see me. I was in fact on time however, she wasn't at her desk. She was in the restroom. So now I have no doctor because he won't be practicing there past September. The girl argued with me continuously. Awful customer service. I will make sure none of my friends use that office from now on.
