Adrian was very thorough and informative! I would recommend him and Alamo/Austin air conditioning to everyone needing honest/excellent service. (The customer service ladies were nice also). Good company!
Austin was amazing!!. Explained exactly what was going on, resolved the issue, did a full diagnostic, and showed ways to prevent future issues, all for a super reasonable price. What more could you ask?
I called into Alamo around 3:30 after realizing that our AC unit had stopped working. By 4:00 Adrian was here onsite and by 4:30 the system was fixed (capacitor failure). Along the way my wife and I had learned a great deal about how to most effectively maintain our HVAC system going forward. Thank you, Adrian! Alamo is now going to be our first stop for HVAC issues.
Had an issue with HVAC which was working intermittently. Mitch Reaves diagnosed the issue quite early and fixed it. And all happened within few days of issue, I really loved how much they care about their customers. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a quick and good service.
