Our AC was blowing hot air last week so we scheduled a tech diagnosis appt for Saturday morning. Ivan called me when he was on the way to let me know and then arrived right around the time he said he would. He was friendly and very communicative throughout the process, explaining each step as well as explaining the hvac system in terms I could understand. Excellent experience. Called in for a second opinion on a repair and the technician, Noah, arrived on the same day. Noah was fantastic, not only was he incredibly knowledgable but incredibly honest. He saved me from being scammed out of several thousands of dollars by a different company. Not only that but he took extra time to show me how to better care for my unit. I will be reaching out to Alamo and Noah for all my future needs.
I had a wonderful experience with Alamo Austin Air Conditioning & Heating. I had called a bigger commercial company for an issue with my heater the day before. I won't put them on blast by name-dropping but they tried to tell me my whole system was broken and I should replace the whole thing for 13k. Once again Alamo comes through. BEST HVAC folks around. Heater blitzed during one of our freezing spells and Sonny came and got it going. Kind, professional, stayed for hours until it was done. Truly cannot say enough about this company and they staff. If every business operated like Alamo, this would be a better world. Thank you, Alamo, for holding to your values and excellence.
Absolutely the best service call experience ever! I called on Saturday and was on the schedule for Monday. From Tracy and Lisa scheduling and coordinating to Noah who came out to service my furnace, Alamo provided excellent customer service and great communication. Fair price for superior service. I definitely recommend!
