The regular greeter up front was on break. The older woman with glasses was rude and unprofessional. Then after having many films done there they said I had to pay upfront. We send patients there everyday. I was very dissappointed

RecommendedThe Vietnamese lady in front desk should talk in polite to patients. Don’t just say” sign here anh here” We are customers we come for check up. We don’ t come to beg her.

The waits are long. It took about 2 hours to get an X-ray and 35 -40 minutes just to get a bone density “appointment”. Why??? It was like going to the DMV.
