Frustrated because was expecting to be 45-60 minutes as told the wait would be but instead it took 120 minutes!!!

Worst possible place you could go to. It took them 1.5 hours (Yes that is true) for them to pick up the phone. Then not even a single word of sorry, even as a courtesy. Then the guys didn't have appointment for next 2 months. Finally, after making the appointment, when I went, they claimed the appointment was cancelled.
