Great yarn, customer service needs work. If I say I don't want my yarn wound, please don't assume I don't know what I'm doing. Quote from yesterday: "You know you can't knit with it that way." Yes, I know. I would let it go, but it's happened to me before. Unfortunately, I will now be buying my yarn online.

ABYC has a wonderful yarn selection, a wide range of knitting needles and bags, as well as delightful people to help you!!
Wonderful selection of yarns, very knowledgeable and helpful staff who don't mind helping you pick out the right yarn or the right project. A good selection of classes for every level of knitting. And the location is just wonderful, love the newly remodeled marina.
