Your yarn selection was great and I was ready to drop some serious cash in your store but the customer service was deplorable!! The sales gal, in her 60's and gray hair, came across as condescending and snippy. I had planned on buying yarn to knit a sweater and yes, I am a true knitter, I ended up only buying a couple of skeins of sock yarn AND I ONLY did that because I wanted to get start knitting socks that day. I love going to this yarn shop even though it takes me 30 minutes by fwy to get there. Great yarn selection, lots of classes & knitting projects to pick from & helpful & happy teachers & staff. It’s a beautiful setting by the sea too.
