They’re very helpful, saved several of my teeth, great bedside manor, wonderful atmosphere, very accommodating
Their customer service is so bad they wasted my time and they don't talk to you politely don't waste your time
Reasonable & adaptive service, undaunted by my ridiculously poor dental health; must've had nearly 2 dozen cavities worked on by now, multiple fillings/repairs, and 1 root canal. Smiles/ Dr.Chan provided efficient/reliable care throughout all.
Dr. Chan is a great doctor, caring and understanding. BUT their policy for charging the patient is terrible. They charged me double for the first failed treatment and they claim they don't guarantee the work! It's also quite impossible to reach them and they get angry at you for not being able to reach. That being said, I wish they would be more thoughtful for charging the patients.
