I want to thank Dr. Crystal Shopshire who came in at the wee hours of the night (in under 10 minutes) to care for my sweet girl, Poppy. She was incredibly caring, sensitive and professional. She made a very difficult event easier for both me and Poppy.
I came from St.Anthony to bring my ferret Little Girl for a hormonal implant and was so impressed with the staff! They are just great! I highly recommend them, worth the drive for me hands-down 😀
My 13 year old cockapoo's back legs became very weak last Sunday to the point she had a difficult time holding herself up. Due to age I was very frightened that this was based on her age. Alameda Pet Hospital was able to get me in Monday, Dr. Shropshire, was amazing she asked a few questions examined her and was able to determine that it was probably due to a thyroid issue. I have worked for Dr. Shopshire and before that, I volunteered here. Best vet in town hands down. She has been amazing and her staff is excellent. She is so very talented, compassionate, intelligent, and all around fabulous!
