Last night during a horrible storm three baby squirrels were blown out of their nest. We found them on the ground chirping and crying. We could only find two but could hear the third chirping somewhere but unfortunately could not find it. One was bleeding from its nose and mouth. I took them in and these wonderful humans saved these precious babies. Alameda Pet Hospital has always treated us like family! They genuinely care for every animal that walks through their door and you can tell. Their staff is always so friendly and helpful, and Dr Matt takes such good care of our bassett Wayne! I cannot recommend Alameda enough!

Everyone I’ve interacted with at Alameda Pet Hospital is great. Patient, caring, and kind, even though our dog is skittish and sometimes really difficult. Recently our dog had surgery and their open door policy meant I could stay with her the whole time asking Dr. Crystal (who is amazing) any question I had. She, along with other staff, made sure I understood everything that was going on and what to expect during recovery (which is going well). This is the only vet in Idaho I will take my show dogs to!
the staff at Alameda are beyond amazing from the reception to the doctor to the nurse everything is great. they know my pet by name they know me by name and my dog doesn't stress out when I take her to the vet. dr. Matt make sure that the pets are taken care of and that everybody is on the same page he recommends diets care everything down to the basics for your pet. and he listens to the concerns of the individual regarding their pet. with that being said I don't mind spending my money there and making sure that they are in... read more
