Last week, my husband received a reminder from this office for his 11:45am appointment. When he arrived at 11:25am, they said he was late for his 11:15am appointment and CHARGED HIM $75 of the CANCELATION FEE. After talking to the receptionist, he was mad and paid for the WRONGFUL FEE, all his remaining medical bills, & DIDN'T WANT TO RESCHEDULE THE NEW APPOINTMENT as she mentioned. Out of $182.00. Just to see if I know how to brush my teeth & flossing correctly. Which I was recommend to her for my gum graft to be fix. By my Dentist. I'm still at Square 1 nothing got done. Lost of money
I needed a gum graft after delaying it for too long, and found Dr. Oh soon after moving to the state. This was my first major dental procedure and I was nervous. I was able to get in quickly for an appointment, and Dr. Oh and her staff were so helpful and responsive to my questions and concerns throughout the process. When I emailed non-urgent questions post-op, I got a response within 24 hours. She also recommended a local dentist for my routine cleanings which was a big help! Dr. Connie Oh's credentials speak for themselves, however I am most enthusiastic regarding how she treated my father with great compassion during today's appointment. I am grateful for her comprehensive guidance as she patiently discussed the plan moving forward - she takes an integrative approach with attention to collaboration between generalist and other specialists. I am confident that we are in the hands of a highly-knowledgeable and caring provider with my highest level of recommendation.
DR Oh made inappropriate and patronizing remarks to me on my posture and eye contact while sitting there in the dentist chair during a consultation. The experience left me shocked and disturbed and I will not be going back or referring the practice to anyone.
