I was surprised to be charged $165 for my initial visit, but I was relieved to find out that my insurance covered the costs of scaling and root planning for my subsequent visits. However, I was shocked to discover that I still owed $614.02. I wish they had informed me about the uncovered expenses beforehand. EEVEE, you are not a working class human being.
Wow what an incredible place! I would never of guessed how much I appreciated the care, kindness and skill of a gum deep cleaning. Dr Oh was superb in helping me deal with some bleeding gum issues and proactively address the issue until a more expensive intervention. The whole staff was polite and helpful and even taught me how to floss properly. If you have any previous dental trauma this is where you want to go for Dr Oh’s bedside manner alone

I was happy to visit them every other week, until I found out that I was lagging $614.02 I believe when you knew that everything is covered by an insurance company why wouldn’t you let your patient know about what is not covered. Last week, my husband received a reminder from this office for his 11:45am appointment. When he arrived at 11:25am, they said he was late for his 11:15am appointment and CHARGED HIM $75 of the CANCELATION FEE. After talking to the receptionist, he was mad and paid for the WRONGFUL FEE, all his remaining medical bills, & DIDN'T WANT TO RESCHEDULE THE NEW APPOINTMENT as she mentioned. Out of $182.00. Just to see if I know how to brush my teeth & flossing correctly. Which I was recommend to her for my gum graft to be fix. By my Dentist. I'm still at Square 1 nothing got done. Lost of money
