Lovely place to live! Beautiful grounds and the staff is great!
Possibly the best deal in Alameda. The apartments are a solid size for 1 and 2 bedroom units. The bedroom in the 1 bedroom unit is oversized which makes it great for a king bed with lots of additional space in the room. There is also a nice outdoor patio area on the ground floor which is a major benefit in the Bay Area. Some of the newer remodeled units have all new flooring and modern appliances.
