It was truly amazing! The entire staff was incredibly warm, friendly, and welcoming.
We placed the order for the new frames and after 9 weeks we still don't have them! And the worst part is I didn't hear any apologies for this at all. It was so unprofessional that I had to follow up every single day to hear that it's postponed yet another week. And now they say I'll wait for a new order to process for about another 3 weeks. If you'd like to get glasses in 3 months, you're at the right place!!!

The staff at Alameda Optometric Group is great! They always go above and beyond to make me feel comfortable throughout my visit. They routinely update their eye/vision health assessment equipment to the newest tech. During my most recent visit Nancy helped me a ton, by sharing her professional and personal input, through the process of choosing some new frames. I highly recommend AOG. I’ve been a patient of theirs for 4 years and counting.
